Market focus this Morning..
-Dow rips 331 points higher, closes above 24,000 as chances of Senate tax bill passing rise
-US Treasury yields rise to highest level in a month after McCain signals tax reform support
-OPEC and Russia agree to extend oil production cut to end of 2018
-The European Union has agreed a financial settlement with Britain, a senior EU official told Reuters on Thursday, under which London has committed to paying a set share of EU budgets after Britain has left the bloc.
-Dallas Fed President Kaplan said the Fed should gradually and patiently raise rates and it would be wise to hike in the near future. He added that the biggest issue is we are at or near full employment.
-Chicago PMI (Nov) 63.9 versus 63.0 expected, previous 66.2
-The DUP have warned UK PM May against offering too many concessions in Brexit talks on the future border arrangements with Ireland, according to Sky News. The DUP later said they will not agree to the Brexit solution as reported.
